Privacy Policy

extend is currently a GitHub App prototype for testing GitHub App installation and Marketplace listing workflows. The intended product direction is a modular pull request reviewer with optional specialist extensions.

Data processed by the current prototype

The public Marketplace prototype can receive GitHub webhook events. When review mode is configured for an installed repository, extend may fetch pull request metadata and pull request diffs from GitHub in order to generate review output.

GitHub data

GitHub may provide installation metadata, account metadata, repository metadata, pull request metadata, and pull request diffs as part of GitHub App, Marketplace, and webhook flows. The current implementation processes this data transiently to generate review output and does not store customer repository contents in an application database.

Third-party services

The current implementation does not send customer repository contents to external AI providers. Cloudflare Pages hosts the public website and webhook endpoint and may process standard request logs according to Cloudflare's own policies.

Review output

If review posting is enabled, extend may post pull request review comments to GitHub using the permissions granted during GitHub App installation. Review posting can be disabled while testing the app in dry-run mode.

Future changes

If paid specialist extensions, external AI services, or persistent repository data storage are added later, this policy will be updated before those capabilities are offered for use.
